There are many Easter eggs during A Star is Born that only stans would notice. But aside from that, there are some small details that you may not have noticed if you’ve only seen the movie once.

#1 Too Far Gone is played at the beginning of the film, which is massive foreshadowing
Too Far Gone is played in the background at the cop bar where Ally and Jack hang out. Ally points out that it's Jack's music. This is the only track that does not follow the order of the soundtrack. This is another foreshadowing scene in the movie.
#2 Lady Gaga is mumbling “Before I Cry” in the bathtub before her and Jack fight
If you missed this, pay close attention during your next screening!
#3 We can assume “Is That Alright?” are Ally’s vows to Jack
The song isn't actually featured in the film itself, but part of the credits. However, if you listen to the soundtrack in order, you can see that 'Is That Alright?' follows the "Vows" dialogue. Listening to the song, it also sounds like Ally is reciting her vows. The set photo below also seems like Ally might be singing the song but it was cut from the movie.
#4 There were pictures of young Gaga in Ally’s house
You'll have to pay close attention to spot these. There are a few photos around the house.
#5 The performance using the Joanne World Tour stage
The moment Ally performs at The Forum for her final performance, you can see she uses the famous Joanne World Tour stage.
#6 Freddie, Sarah, Richy and Natali were all in the movie
Richy was helping Ally choreograph dance routines in the movie, while Natali, Freddie and Sarah were helping Ally get ready for the Grammy Awards.
#7 Ally’s manager was lurking by the tour bus after she took the stage with Jack to perform Shallow
He's an ass, we been knew, but he was eyeing miss Ally for awhile. You can see him right beside the tour bus just as Ally and Jack get in after their 'Shallow' performance.
#8 You can see Jack’s body hanging in the garage
I've seen many people comment on the fact that they weren't sure if Jack overdosed or he hung himself. If you look closely during the scene where you see the ambulance lights, you can see his body swinging in the garage. Sad but powerful scene.

Yes, that's Halsey and not Ruby Rose that hands Ally her first Grammy Award.
