Gaga wins Best Actress at the Las Vegas Film Critics Society Awards

A Star is Born picked up several awards at the Las Vegas Film Critics Society Awards.

In their review, the Society said the film is “a down-to-earth reimagining of a classic Hollywood story with impressive technical skill and fantastic performances that captures all the best parts of the previous versions.”
However, they commented that the film “occasionally veers into melodrama which will put some viewers off.” They gave the film an overall 9/10 score. Read their full review here.
