“A Star is Born” is now set to hit theatres during the award season!
The film was originally going to premiere on September 28th, then it was moved up to May 18th 2018, and now Warner Bros has decided to push it back to October 5th 2018, which is said to be a prime corridor for more serious, adult-skewing fare.
Insiders say the decision was made after executives saw a locked cut of the film.

I was worried about a May release mostly because of the Avengers. So glad WB pushed this back!
